People give up on detoxes because the protocol punishes them.

Every cleanse worth doing is a small endurance event. Most apps treat detoxing like a recipe book: here are the steps, good luck. The ones that try harder swing the other way: preachy, prescriptive, treating users like patients in a clinic that doesn't exist.

We wanted the opposite of both. A coach who's bold and motivating, never preachy, and an app that adjusts to whichever cleanse the user is actually doing instead of forcing one-size-fits-most.

Four phases. One pocket. A friend doing it with you.

Detox with Me organizes any cleanse into four phases: Open, Express, Bind, Eliminate. The work renders day by day inside whichever phase you're in. The protocol bends to fit what you're doing; the rhythm stays the same.

Product principles:

• Configurable, not opinionated.Master cleanse, juice fast, elimination diet: the app stretches around the user's plan.
• Coach voice, not clinic voice.Daily nudges, today's work, gentle reminders.
• Buddies make it doable.Invite family or friends; the circle sees each other's progress and celebrates milestones together.
• Phase 1 is free. The bar to start should be a tap, not a payment screen.

One codebase, two stores, a single source of truth.

App: Flutter + Neon (Postgres), with a content model that lets the studio define new cleanses as data instead of code. Marketing site: Next.js on Vercel, with the brand wordmark and a four-phase diagram as the hero.

The hardest engineering call was the buddy circle. Privacy-first by default: no global feed, no public profiles. The circle is small (invite-only) and scoped to one cleanse at a time, so the social pressure works for the user instead of becoming the product.
